How do I personalize a product?

Choose the product you want, add the available size, color, quantity, name, message, or other personalization details, and upload your photos when the product supports photo customization.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 10 files for supported personalized products. Each uploaded file can be up to 20 MB.

What type of photo gives the best print quality?

For the best result, use the original high-resolution photo whenever possible. Avoid blurry images, heavily compressed screenshots, or photos downloaded repeatedly from social media.

Will I see the design before production?

For orders that require design approval, you will receive a proof to review. Production begins after the required design details are complete and the proof is approved.

How long does production take?

Most personalized orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days after all customization details and any required proof are approved. Larger or more complex orders may take longer.

Do you ship?

Yes. Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the order and destination.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Local service options can vary by order. Please use the options shown at checkout or contact APM Printing before ordering if you need a local arrangement in the Port St. Lucie area.

What if my personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact APM Printing as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the issue. Refund or replacement eligibility is handled according to our store policies.
